Is it gross? Maybe. Lewd? Probably. Artistic and cultured? Absolutely. I’m sure all the lame-o’s out there are bemoaning this creative work of art calling it distasteful and repugnant but not me. I see something that took a good amount of time and preparation to construct. These modern day Da Vincis had a vision and they made it happen. You have to respect that. Have to.

PS- The Bottlegate Muni Lot video drops today in a couple of hours. It’s not as salacious as this but there is a Bigfoot sighting.

And here you thought all the Cavs players were just dropping hot freestyles, partying, and  wiping the floor with the Miami Heat while they were in Rio. Nope. Beach workouts for days. Getting jacked and tan. Soaking up the sun and getting that pump in. Screw the all inclusive daiquiris it’s time for resistance bands and push ups. Love this shit. 16 days till the opener.

The only thing this workout is missing is an appearance from the man himself- Mr Johnny Jam Boogie
