Josh McCown is your starting quarterback Sunday against the Raiders

So Josh McCown is apparently out of the woods (the woods being the NFL’s concussion protocol) and will resume his starting duties at quarterback for Sunday’s game against the Oakland Raiders. Browns twitter is…..not thrilled.

I gotta say, I’m pretty goddamn disappointed. The Muni on Sunday was ELECTRIC. The stadium was ELECTRIC. Even the 7 PM hangover was ELECTRIC. We blew a fuse in Cleveland three days ago and Mike Pettine just opened up the fuse box, said “Hmmm. Nah.” and named Josh McCown our starting quarterback once again.

My only hope is that this turns out to be the right move in the long run. Give Johnny a couple more weeks of practice and learning and turn the keys over to him by the end of the season. The only problem with this is that the Browns have given us absolutely zero reason to trust anything they do at all, ever, at any position. So I’m going to stomp my feet and scream probably nonstop for the next five days. Thanks Obama.

The Biggest And Baddest Muni Lot Picture Gallery On The Internet (Week One)

If you’ve been reading this site you’ll know of our love for the Cleveland Muni Lot. Last season we made a video of the Muni before the Steelers game that was pretty well received.

So this season I thought it’d be a cool idea to try and make a gallery each week that highlights all of the madness that occurs during the 5-6 special hours before each Browns home game. One of these games I’ll bust out the ol’ video camera and put together another masterpiece.

The pics are gathered from my own camera, friends, readers, different blogs, and hashtags on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc. I tried my best to attribute each picture to the owner but if you see something, point it out.

Enjoy

Taking a look at how the Cavaliers are rated in this year’s crop of NBA video games

So I’ve got Cavs fever on this sunny Tuesday afternoon. Sue me.

Earlier today we took a look at Kevin Love’s unorthodox free throw form in the recently-released NBA Live 2016 demo. I don’t really know why everyone is so shocked by these glitches, we all know Live hasn’t been relevant since you were bumping to Chingy’s “Right Thurr” while navigating the menus like a decade ago. But whatever. The ratings for this year’s batch of hoops games have all finally been released. Judge away.
