Don’t drive your car in downtown Cleveland because it will get smashed by falling bricks

Via Fox 8

CLEVELAND– Bricks have fallen off of a building on East 6th St. and Vincent in downtown Cleveland. They landed on a vehicle; no one was inside at the time.

This happened yesterday and is pretty much the shittiest way to start your week ever. Not only was it a Monday and the Indians got swept by the Tigers the past weekend, now you have to deal with a load of bricks falling out of the sky and onto your ride. If you really think about it though, this is the perfect metaphor for a Monday. You know that saying “hit you like a ton of bricks” totally applies here. It’s Monday, you’re probably hungover and fighting downtown traffic. I bet most people would welcome this happening to them… something to take them out of their misery.

I expect this to happen tonight during the Browns jersey reveal. If the jerseys don’t end up looking like the ones that have leaked, expect this destruction and chaos times 1000.

…I know we’re late on posting this but jersey leaks and Muni Lot announcements are more important than a car that got a couple dents in it.

The brown jerseys have leaked and they look fantastic

UPDATE: Here’s a photo gallery of all the new jersey combinations. They’re sexy.

As with every uniform update we’ve posted on be leery but then again these are probably 99.9999% the new Browns brown jerseys and I’m a fan. Love the “Cleveland” on the front and each jersey’s color scheme looks very sharp. Sure we’re biased around here but when these get paired with the pants and helmet I think they’re some of the best unis in the game. Gotta give credit where it’s due, the Browns knocked it outta the park this time.

This is better than Super Bowl Sunday for Browns fans. We’ve got the announcement that the Muni Lot will be open the night before games and now we’re introduced to some absolute straight 99 mph fire jerseys. April 14, 2015. A day that will live in Cleveland Browns infamy.

Here are all the versions so far:

Well done Ray, Jimmy, and Alec. Well done.

Hallelujah!! The Muni Lot will open the night before Browns home games

From WEWS

CLEVELAND – Cleveland City Council members approved legislation Monday night to allow Cleveland Browns fans to camp out in the Municipal Lot the night before games. In the past, the lot opened promptly at 7 a.m.

Cars and campers would line up to stake out spots beforehand and pay $20 per space. Now, it will open the night before Browns home games and fans wanting to camp out will have to pay a little extra.

Cars, trucks and SUVs will cost $25, while RVs and campers will run $75. In addition, you will have to pay the daily “special event” rate that has been increased from $20 to $30 — per day for the two days.

Everything’s coming up Cleveland Browns, baby!!! We’ve got the big uniform reveal tonight and now this bomb drops and we’ll be able to party all night long in the Muni Lot before Browns games next season. Seriously what could be better? Saturday night the bars will let out around 2-2:30 and instead of going home and trying to get a couple extra hours of sleep you’ll now be able to stroll your sweet ass down E. 9th street and into the magical confines of an alcoholic blacktop oasis.

All the talk last August and September was “how they’re trying to tone down the Muni Lot.” Well this announcement just flipped that argument onto it’s head and punted it into the crowd. Instead of making it “safer” and more “family friendly” the city of Cleveland went the COMPLETE OPPOSITE direction and with this decision is basically encouraging debauchery, sex, and binge drinking. I for one couldn’t be happier with the decision.

Can’t wait till we’re able to get some night footage next season for our Muni Lot video
