As I’m packing for Charlotte this weekend (going to the NFC championship game between the Panthers & Cardinals NBD) a video uploaded by the @NBA on Twitter caught my eye. Just a simple video of LeBron James dunking for probably the millionth time in his career. But what made it awesome was the slo-mo. Slowing dunk videos down automatically makes them 100x better. So simple yet so awesome. 31 years old and he’s still throwing down dunks like he’s 20.

VIDEO: Dion Waiters averagely dunks, “raises the roof” like LeBron

“Waiters with 16 points, almost ten less than what LeBron James averages per game…he dribbles the ball up the floor with his team up by 24…probably carries…blows right by the lackluster on-ball defense…avoids the nonexistent help defense with a direct path right to the hoop and THROWS DOWN THE MOST AVERAGE DUNK I’VE EVER SEEN. With mall cop authority!”

Smh. That roof was knocked down a few pegs, if anything.

The Cowboys Mascot Pranked LeBron And JR Smith In Their Hotel Rooms In Dallas

James arrived in Dallas late Monday night as his current team plays Tuesday night in Dallas.  The Dallas Cowboys Mascot, Rowdy, knew LeBron was coming and thought this would be a great opportunity to welcome him to the Big D.

With the help of LeBron’s trainer, Rowdy was able to greet LeBron upon his arrival to his hotel room.  By the way, LeBron had no idea what he was walking into.

Since Rowdy was already at the team hotel, he thought he’d pay a visit to another Cowboys fan that was in town for the same reason as LeBron, fellow teammate J.R. Smith.  Smith had no idea Rowdy was waiting for him and showed up with a Cowboys beanie on, nice touch J.R.

Probably the worst thing about LeBron is that he’s a Cowboys fan. I mean, be more basic, bro. However, these videos made me chuckle a little bit I can admit. I’d laugh my ass off too if I walked into a hotel if Brutus Buckeye or Moondog was waiting for me.
