Joey Bosa has a message for Jim Harbaugh… “Sorry”

“Hey Jim, Joey here. #97 if you forgot…”

Sorry for stomping you 42-13 in the Big House. Sorry for such a rude introduction to your Ohio State-Michigan coaching rivalry. Sorry for eating Jake Rudock for lunch time after time off the edge and intercepting his backup with one hand. Sorry for 4 straight victories over Michigan. Sorry I’ll be the number one pick in the draft.”

“I’m not that sorry, really”

*chugs Gatorade*

If you remember a few months ago Joey also posted this Instagram picture of him and Jake Rudock (former high school teammates) with the caption “Sorry Jake.”

I think “Sorry” may be becoming the new ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

He also got to hang with Adriana Lima. Nice couple of days for #97, I’d say.

This will be the number 1 draft pick in April…@jbbigbear #SB50 #SuperBowl50 🏈🏈

Ohio State Signs Three 4 Star Recruits And Pillages The State Of Maryland

Via Cleveland.com

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Monday has an argument for being Urban Meyer’s most significant day in recruiting during his Ohio State tenure. That’s a significant sentence.

Ohio State picked up verbal commitments from four-star quarterback Dwayne Haskins of Potomac (Md.) The Bullis School, four-star linebacker Keandre Jones of Olney (Md.) Good Counsel and four-star wide receiver Binjimen Victor of Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Coconut Creek.

Now the Buckeyes 2016 recruiting class is up to 21 commitments and it moved from No. 3 to No. 1 overall in the 247Sports team rankings.

#1 recruiting class? Three 4 star recruits in the same day? Is that good? Did Ohio State break it? It’s good to be a Buckeye fan.

It’s getting to the point where I’d trust Urban Meyer with my life right now. Anything he wants, I’ll do it. If he told me to go murder a man with my bare hands, I probably would. That’s how much I trust and believe in the man.

How do you recover from this if you’re Maryland?

From SI

Maryland lost a pair of four-star recruits to Big Ten foe Ohio State on Monday, when quarterback Dwayne Haskins of The Bullis (Md.) School and outside linebacker Keandre Jones of Our Lady of Good Counsel (Md.) High flippedtheir long-standing Terrapin commitments to Urban Meyer.

Both recruits are key losses for the Terps, as Haskins and Jones are local to the DMV area and had been Maryland’s top two 2016 recruits. Haskins in particular had been considered the leader of “The Movement,” Maryland’s recruiting pitch to keep local talent at home in the 2016 class and beyond. To lose the two to an in-division rival is a further hit to what the Terrapins had been building over the last year and a half.

The two main players to rebuild your program flip their commitments and decide to join the best team in the Big ten. Yikes, that’s gotta sting. At least Maryland is getting that Big 10 Network money and have a pretty decent basketball team. Good job good effort, Terrapins.

Also, tt’s pretty nice that Urbs doesn’t have to resort to sleeping over 17 year olds houses or climbing trees to sign recruits. He leaves that to the other desperate coaches in the conference.

VIDEO: Thad Matta trolls idiot Stanford fan after beating Illinois

Anyone else emotionally hung over?

Cleveland Twitter had one for the ages yesterday thanks to our beloved Browns. They lost to their archrival (thus ushering them politely into the playoffs), fired their head coach and general manager, couldn’t locate their starting quarterback from the previous week and announced that 3/4 of the team that is tasked with hiring their new head coach (who will “have a say” in who they hire as his boss) will be our inept owner, his wife and a lawyer, the last of which has final say over our 53-man roster. Have a day.

I’m guessing, at least for most of you, that Ohio State’s win over Illinois (to go to 2-0 in B1G play) on the hardwood got lost in all that hoopla. So unless I’m wrong, and I rarely am,

you probably missed this nugget from Thad Matta after the game:

Love it. Normally I’d laugh for different reasons if someone ever used “Heisman” and “Marc Loving” in the same sentence, but your boy dropped a career-high 27 yesterday after a solid 20 burger in the B1G opener against Minnesota.
