VIDEO: 30 Second Highlights Of The Cavs 122-100 Win Over The Toronto Raptors Last Night

New thing we’re going to try and do around here- After every Cavs game we’ll put together a quick 30 second highlight reel, upload it to Twitter after the final buzzer, and then post it on the blog the next day. I think it’s actually a pretty cool idea but we’ll see how well it gets received.

If you were on Twitter last night, chances are you didn’t see the first highlight reel because of all the Johnny Manziel wig bullshit that was happening at 1,000 mph.

Here ya go:

(first one, they’ll get better in the future)

PS- Need a catchy title for this feature. If anyone comes up with anything, tweet it to @Bottlegate

(VIDEO) Cavs players share their opinions of David Blatt

Isn’t that sweet? Tristan, Kyrie, Kevin and Iman taking the time to give their head coach some love during this holiday season. Bunch of class acts, these guys.

Here’s a couple quotes (and translations) from the video:

“His growth and his development has been great.” – Tristan

He didn’t know what he was doing at first but now he does.

“He’s one of our leaders. He’s our coach, our head coach.” – Tristan

We listen to him, but we also listen to LeBron. Oops, I should probably refer to him by his proper title.

“[He] allows you to see your mistakes, make them, grow from them and then keep playing.” – Kyrie

He lets me play for as long as I want. Seriously. I played with a broken knee cap.

“I think Blatt does a good job of taking a step back and never feeling like he has to fake it….He’s willing to hear suggestions [to] try and help himself guide through.” – Iman

Dude knows his role. Who run this motha? Bron.

Oh, right. I meant Coach Blatt.

“I played for numerous coaches, but for him, he’s even-keel all the time.” – Kyrie

I played for numerous coaches, but…..(screams internally because he was planning on saying he’s the best at something but he can’t because he also played for Coach K)…..he’s pretty chill.

VIDEO: LeBron Sings Marvin Gaye “Let’s Get It On” During The Cavs-Nuggets Game Last Night

During the Cavs 93-87 victory (which really wasn’t that close) over the Nuggets last night, LeBron let loose a little bit and decided to give us his best impression of Marvin Gaye. Hey, when you’re dropping 34 points and dunking like this, you can sing whatever the hell you want.

I do find it kind of funny that as LeBron settles into his 30s, he’s belting Marvin Gaye. Old man “get off my lawn” Bron makes me laugh.

Let’s rewind to a few years ago, he was rapping a verse from Forever.

31= Marvin Gaye

26= Drake, Kanye, Wayne, and Eminem

Maybe one of my favorite moments during his first stint here.
